Maxey’ Aristotle is father of Political Science
Aristotle was the most outstymding and dlstmgished pupil of Plato. It has been said that’ Aristotle’s theory of political ideas stands upon grounds which he had already occupied because of his association with Plato. “In fact the relation of student with his teacher was close and influence so overwhelming, that it is usually remarked that : In the fundamentals of his political philosophy, Aristotle was a faithful disciple of Plato.” But in spite of immense influence of Plato on Aristotle, the former has not been bestowed the honour of being remembered as the first political scientist. This unique privilege in history has been conferred on Aristotle.
