5.1 Without prejudice to the provisions of Article 4 hereof, the Principal reserves the right of direct sales approach and direct distribution of publicity matter and similar materials to sales agents in the Territory.
5.2 If after consultation the GSA refused to deal with a particular travel agent with whom the Principal wishes to deal, the Principal may appoint such travel agent, deliver its traffic documents and settle accounts with such agent directly.
5.3 The Principal shall have the right to station its own representatives and establish its own organization in the territory of the GSA, and perform any activities it may deem desirable, provided that the GSA is advised in advance of such activities. In such instance, the GSA shall render all possible assistance to such representatives. It is specifically noted, that sales generated by these activities or such office are not considered as part of the GSA's sales, and therefore do not qualify the GSA to earn any agents commission.
