The COMPANY hereby employs the EMPLOYEE on a probationary status for 3 months commencing on 25th July 2016 and termination on 23rd October 2016 unless the employee is notified in writing on or before the latter date that his/her services will be continued and his/her name transferred to the permanent payroll, his/her employment with the company will automatically terminate on 23rd October 2016 without need of further notice.
before the end of the probationary period an evaluation will be made by the department head to establish the employee’s qualifications and suitability for the job in accordance with accepted industry standards
