Coordinate and analyze external environment, strength, weakness and bank situation to propose human resource development strategies, goals, and key indicators that align with Bank's strategies
Initiate and ensure the success of strategic human resource initiative such as succession development plan and other human resource management strategic tasks to increase staff potential
Be the horizontal human resource development client service team to support each Division in identifying effective human resource management plan and execution
Identify and solve the problems that may occur from changes or impact of bank 's human resource development policy implementation to enhance or maintain competitive advantage of organization
Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ
Master’s degree in Human Resource Development, Business Administration, Economics, Mass Communication, Education or related fields
Strong experience in human resource development and/ learning organization / Talent management at least 2 years
Good understanding in banking structure and products
Highly motivated, proactive, and always want to develop themselves
Mature and good team player with strong management and leadership skills
Good command of English
