Hua Hin Railway Station
Hua Hin Railway Station The Hua Hin Railway Station is one of the most famous sightseeing attractions in Hua Hin with a long cultural heritage and Royal connections. Built in the reign of King Rama VI, the station is one of Thailand's oldest railway stations. In addition, it is one of the country's most beautiful train stations with unique architecture. Its most striking feature is the splendid Royal Waiting Room constructed in the Thai architectural style. The room was relocated from Sanam Chan Palace in Nakhon Pathom Province during the reign of King Rama VI. Hua Hin Night Market The most colorful spot in Hua Hin during the night, the market offer a wide array of food, drinks, deserts, memorable souvenirs; all kinds of freshly-prepared dishes. Famous are Pad Thai, Hoi Thod, fresh seafood, Indian roti bread, coconut ice cream, etc. (the list is endless) This market will delight visitors wishing to savor the real taste of Hua Hin.
How to get there
The station is located centrally in Hua Hin on the western end of Damnoen Kasam Road, and can easily be reached on foot in just a few minutes from the town centre.

Klai Kangwon Palace
Klaikangwon Palace means "far from worries" and was built in Spanish style architecture in 1929. This summer palace consisting of 3 Spanish style mansions facing the sea was constructed to the north of Hua Hin under the royal command of King Rama Vll and the residence is only accessible by invitation. Today, it is the permanent residence of the King.
How to get there
It is approximately 3 km from Hua Hin to the north on Phet Kasem Rd.

Maruekhathayawan Palace
Maruekhathaiyawan Palace is a summer seaside palace, and it is often referred to as "the palace of love and hope". Maruekatayawan (Mrigadayavan) Palace is one of the oldest and most attractive royal palaces in Thailand. The Maruekatayawan Palace was constructed by His Majesty King Vajiravudh (Rama VI) in 1923 as a place where he could fully relax in great comfort amid a naturally serene atmosphere.
How to get there
Located midway between Cha-am and Hua Hin in the Petchaburi province.

Phraya Nakhon Cave (Tham Phraya Nakhon)
Tham Phraya Nakhon Cave can be reached on foot from Laem Sala beach inside the park. The rather steep and rocky ascent up the side of the mountain (about 430 meters long) provides spectacular sea views and takes about 30 minutes.
Tham Phraya Nakhon is actually two sinkholes whose roof has fallen in, letting in sunlight. In the middle of the cave is a Thai-style pavilion built for a visit by King Rama V in 1896. The cave was named for Phraya Nakhon, ruler of the city-state of Nakhon Si Thammarat, who inadvertently discovered it over 200 years ago when a gale forced his ship ashore.
How to get there
Phraya Nakhon Cave can be reached from Laem Sala Beach, by a steep rocky trail, 430 m. long and rising to a height of 130m., taking about 30 minute to climb. Caution should be used and proper footwear worn as the rock is sharp and can be slippery.
Panee Butterfly Farm
Panee Butterfly Farm located opposite Klai Kangwon Palace, is home to a large aray of butterflies and birds. There are also many species of orchids and local plants. The best time to visit the garden is when the colourful butterflies and flowers are in full bloom in order to capture the splendour of this extraordinary marvel of nature.
Panee Butterfly Farm is a good change of pace from the beach and educational experience for the family.
How to get there
Just infront of the Kali Kang won Palace. Along the main highway 3 km from Hua Hin to the north on Phet Kasem Rd.

Khao Takiab Beach
Khao Takiab beach behind the hill of Khao Takiab, is a great place to spend holiday. The beach has a large expanses of open white sand and shallow waters where you can relax in the sun. On Khao Takiab beach have a lot of loungers and seafood restaurants ranging from small Thai style places to large expensive resorts.
At the north end the rocky mountain of Khao Takiab is an amazing view. Ideal for jogging you also find people paying petanque and volley ball, even when busy at weekends there is plenty of room and beach space to find your own quiet area. Beach vendors to not bother anyone but are available for a cold drink, tropical fruit or food snacks. The area behind the beach has Bourganvillia lined quiet streets with vacation homes, small guesthouses, boutique accommodation. You will also find Elephant and also grazing cattle, this is a very nice area and under 10 minutes from the centre of Hua Hin.
How to get there
Khao Takiab, or Takiab Beach is just a few kms from the centre of Hua Hin. Past the Hua Hin Marriott Resort, about 1 km the road leads to Khao Takiab and you pass the truly world famous Chiva Som Health Resort and Spa, then you are in the Khao Takiab area.
Santorini Park
Santorini Park is new and popular shopping on Cha am now. The building build in concept of an Amused Shopping by had inspiration from Santorini Island in Greece. Santorini Park is very beautiful places for photography and enjoy with 5 zones shopping plaza include including Park zone, Village zone, Rest Area, Weekend Art Market and Events zone.

How to get there
From Cha-Am or Hua-Hin you will need some motorized transport. If you come from Bangkok, you will see Santorini Park on the right hand side of the road just before the junction on the highway where you would turn left to reacfh Cha-Am. The big ferris wheel can’t be missed as well as the typical white houses.

Hua Hin Elephant Village
Hua Hin Elephant Village have has 18 elephants, is located 3km west of Hua Hin. You can enjoy with ride an elephant, look baby elephant show and buy bunches of bananas to feed elephants.
You can watch the elephants taking their daily bath in the stream before beginning to demonstrate logging techniques used in the jungle. You will be surprised by their strength and clever team work.
Then you can climb on board the back of an elephant and ride through the jungle to visit a nearby village. This elephant ride takes about 1 hour for round trip. You can get shorter or longer trip if you want. This is an unforgettable elephant ride. After the elephant ride you may have your lunch at the camp.

Plearnwan
Plearnwan is a theme of unique brown wooden building features shopping complex, has two-storey courtyard-style building, an architectural statement in itself, houses a community of period-style shops selling everything from liquor, inexpensive plastic-and-tin toys, snacks as well as a beauty salon, photo studio, outdoor cinema screen and a 20-room guesthouse or 'Piman Plern Wan'.
Food is the main highlight at Plearn Wan. But other than the usual pad thai or grilled meat skewers, you will find a good mix of old and new. Hard-to-find snacks, such as ‘tong muan sod’ (sweetened pancake) and ‘ka lor jee’ (similar to Japanese mochi), are cooked up by order at one of the hawker carts lining the walkway along with typical fare such as noodles and barbecued pork over rice. How to get there
By Car :
- Drive along Highway No. 35 (Thon Buri-Pak Tho) passing Samut Sakhon and Samut Songkhram Provinces and then take Highway No. 4 to Hua Hin. Total distance is 123 kilometers. It takes 2.30 hrs.
- Alternatively, it is possible to travel via Nakhon Pathom and Ratchaburi Provinces, a journey which takes 3 hrs.
By Bus :
Busses from Bangkok's Southern Bus Terminal; 1st class (air-conditioned), 2nd class (air-conditioned) and (ordinary). The trip takes about 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
The bus leaves for Bangkok from a station next to Siripetchkasem Hotel. In addition, there are air-conditioned buses for Chumpon Province (4 hours), Surat Thani Province (7hours), Phuket Province (10 hours) and Krabi Province (9 hours)
By Van :
Various agencies on Khao San Road and Victory Monument in Bangkok operate minivans to Hua Hin.
By Train :
From Hua-Lum-Pong station, there are many trains to Hua Hin, Pranburi and Prachuap Khiri Kan. The trip takes about 3-3/4 hours from Bangkok.
