The team communication is critical to guarantee the success of
the team effort in any company/institution whether in the service
or production sectors. In the healthcare sector, the service is special
and sensitive since it cares about humans. Any dysfunction can
lead sometimes to some irreversible consequences, in particular
the malfunctions dealing to communication about the patients’
health. This communication takes place between administration,
physicians, nurses, laboratories, pharmacy, etc. All these actors
should focus on providing the right care at the right time for the
