This is the most common position that people sleep in because it takes us back in time when we were in our mother’s womb, protected from everything. This is the way you separate yourself from the outside world to relax in your quiet little world. Sometimes you think that being an adult is really hard and, unconsciously, your mind would like to return to the childhood state which is worry-free. If you tend to sleep in this position, you are emotionally sensitive and need to feel safe and secure: both in sleep and real life (emotional and financial secure). Sometimes life looks like a battlefield and things might be new, unknown and frightening, but you get your balance through the security of sleeping and returning back, unconsciously, to your childhood, then waking up ready to face whatever is thrown at you!
