Previous hypothesis testing support the first hypothesis and is in accordance with the opinion that if OSH could be applied and considered seriously, the company would be expected to prevent and reduce the occurrence of occupa-tional accidents that could emerge in the workplace [5]. Additionally OSH can also increase employees’ job satis-faction. This is similar to the statement that the company's OSH policy is an investment in human resources, not only with regard to the workplace physical safety but also because it could also improve employee satisfaction [6].
