Please be informed that we have received ACH and COS amendment of contact details and unable to process as request. After checking, we found that your account has been set up for ACH and COS service are suffix 001 not 980 as per amendment letter. Furthermore, your company also apply for " Payment Express service", if the contact detail has been changed, you may put the amendment information in the same form.
