Both Manufacturing and Constructions demand more human labor force than any other sectors, slips/trips and falls or damage caused by manual handling/lifting remain the main culprits of injury in the workplace. Therefore tougher penalties on companies regarding the health and safety of worker need to be reexamining by the government in order to have a safer working environment. Whilst accidents can never be predicted, both employers and employees have a duty to minimise the risks as much as possible.
