resume and letter of application
resume
A resume is a short written description of a person's education and past employment, used especially when he/she is looking for a job or a new job.
A resume is like an advertisement for yourself.
If it fails to interest the reader, you not have further opportunities to convince the company to consider you for employment.
A resume is also called a biodata or curriculum vitae (CV).
It should be included as an enclosure with your application letter.
The resume should present the most important things in your background and all your qualification for employment.
The resume should be written before your application letter because it will be a good outline for deciding which information should be included in the application letter.
For most students just graduating from university, a one - page resume is usually long enough.
It is important that you include only necessary information.
Your resume will not be effective if it includes too much information or unnecessary facts.
The main sections of the resume are:

Your address and telephone number should be below your name.

you may indicate that here.

If you are uncertain about what you want to do or if you do not want to limit your alternatives, you may omit this section completely.

Two trips about Writing a resume (CV)
1.You should always put down any interesting or special thing, you have done, all courses, experience etc.
Thay might not seem important to you , but your prospective employer might think thay are useful.
2.Make sure every year is mentioned.
Any year where you do not erite down what you were doing will make the employer ask questions.
