What we could say is that those fundamental risks which arise out of the nature of society itself aren't usually insurable. This would include war, changing customs and inflation. Fundamental risks arising out of some physical cause such as typhoons, earthquakes and hurricanes may be insurable. The decision would depend, in these cases, on the geographical location of the property which had to be insured against these risks
