Allure Beauty Centre & Spa as Employer has the pleasure to offer you the position of Spa Therapist.
This offer will be subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. The Employee’s gross monthly emoluments will be compiled as under:
Basic Salary AED800/-
Housing Allowance AED700/-
Transportation Allowance AED500/-
Special Allowance AED500

Total AED2, 500/- (AED Two Thousand & Five Hundred Only)
2. In case the employee is provided with company accommodation (shared accommodation), the Housing Allowance shall be deducted.
3. The Employee will be entitled to:
i. Medical insurance coverage for self, as per prevailing health insurance scheme of Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
ii. One month’s paid leave for every year of continuous service with the Employer.
iii. Round trip air ticket (economy class) for self, for every two years of completed service.
4. The Employee will be on probation for a period of six months, during which, the Employee’s services can be terminated without prior notice.
5. Upon confirmation, the Employer and the Employee both reserve the right to terminate the employment by giving one month written notice.
6. The Employee’s work, conduct and performance will be under the close observation of the Employer.
7. This letter of intent is subject to the approval of the Ministry of Labor and Ministry of Immigration.
8. This letter of intent is subject to the Employee being declared medically fit by the Ministry of Health, UAE.
9. All other provisions of the UAE Labor Law are applicable to the above offer.
