The concern about affective domain in mathematics education has become a large task. And if we could enhance our understanding of the student's causes for disliking mathematics, we will be able to formulate more efficient strategies to improve our mathematics education. In this paper we introduced a questionnaire to ciassify the reason behind 8th grader's math-disliking behavior into five types: 'Competence','Basic','Self-Confidence','Value',and'Instructor'.
