Product quality
Product quality is one of important factor that make customer satisfaction. Product quality is tangible thing that we can perceive that quality of product that contributes to its ability or performance to meet given requirement of customer. Namkung and Jang (2007) said “basic component of customer‘s satisfaction in restaurant is food quality. But the customer more emphasized on the service quality”. The atmosphere’s restaurant involved with the customer’s satisfaction as well as the quality of food.
