Sunadda has actually no access to Citrix. Therefore you need to ask the Cognos service via https://myid.interroll.com to our IT infrastructure.
Please refer also to my e-mail below (25.08.2014 10.45). If necessary your IT assistance can help you.
Once Sunadda receives Cognos on Citrix, than I can open the necessary account on our reporting system.
