I was trying to buy a product, but the company would not sell to a licensed contractor. So after dealing with managers and
getting the run around, one of the secretaries gave me a note and said when you need the product give me a call and I’ll set
you up—do not worry about the contractor thing.
I thought the sales representative was very friendly and she made me feel very comfortable when I was there. The more I
stayed and talked to her, the more money I wanted to spend. Gee, I do not know if that is a good thing or a bad thing?
