Im just sending you a formal e-mail because I am unhappy with the performance of my shift colleagues performances last night, One colleague only logged 2 tickets right at the end of the shift and for The other colleague not to know the basic checks they should have learned 1 and a half years ago is unacceptable. I do not want to be in a position again where everything is left to me and the handover looking very poor due to lack of motivation from the other 2 members of the team. It reflects badly on the whole department and affects my ability to function correctly in my role if I am constantly needed to teach someone knowledge they should know by now having been a member of the department and the company for the same length of time as me. I feel this needs to be looked at closely by all duty managers and resolved as it is not just affecting me, but other members of the department and others outside who help us when its necessary. I am feeling overwhelming pressure due to actions by 3 members of our department. 2 from another shift and 1 from our own. I feel we do need to talk about this so when it is convenient can we have a meeting?
