To conclude, most of libraries has reduced some routine and repetive jobs. Library staffs are expected to perform their tasks more professionally than in the past. However, most of them still conduct clerical works. To change their performance, the motivation is the most appropriate method. The job design, job description, job specification, training, and performance appraisal will be used to develop library employees to perform satisfactory tasks. Consequently, we can say that Boaz’s statement still provides a significant consideration to the library situation today.
