Diego Simeone
The Argentinean manager has earned his stripes as a manager during spells with several clubs in his homeland and has been a revelation at Atletico Madrid, where he has held the managerial reigns since 2011.
The charismatic 45-year-old would bring some much needed enthusiasm to Stamford Bridge and his aura would really give the Chelsea squad a much needed kick up the backside!
During his time at the Vicente Calderon Stadium, Simeone has won La Liga, Copa Del Rey and Europa League titles meaning he would embrace the challenge of pleasing the expectant Blues board.
Mourinho had an issue with admitting when his side were bad and seemed to blame anything and everything but himself, Simeone could possibly bring the same attitude to the Bridge, which might be an issue with the club’s hierarchy.
