REPLIES TO INQUIRIES AND REQUESTS
A golden opportunity is at hand when you receive an incuiry or a request.
In order to make answers to inquiries produce sales, you should
1. Answer promtly
2. Be sure that you answer specifically and clearly the questions asked. Besides, sense the inquirer's interest, and try to anticipate other points that may not be clear and answer them. 3. Enclose printed material to supplement your answer. Sending a catalogue or brochure in response is usually not enough. Also send a letter in which you include a sales talk.
4. Be sure that your reply is courteous and helpful. Also try to show a desire to supply service.
