You were probably banned for something in the past, if you believe that you did nothing wrong then email [e-mail] for more info about your ban. Until you do that there is no point of having this around.

So if you check [e-mail] and press the ban section and send them a email of how you got banned they will fix everything. But how I think you got banned is that your siblings were on your device and they got banned there then it effected your account and got you banned. Hope this helps you (:

Well, clearly, someone else must have been using the same IP as you. Do you have anyone living in your area in particular? Just contact the support desk via email at [e-mail]. They'll give a clarification on why you were banned.

Clearly, your ban was caused by BananaBrav_717. If you know a sibling or something with that name, they very well could have broken the rules and caused your IP to be banned. If you play from a school IP or something, it mos likely was someone else at school.
