I am pleased to announce that the Compensation Committee, as well as the board of directors, has confirmed a discretionary payout of 4.5% of eligible pay for all participants under the 2014 Profit Incentive Program (PIP).
You may view your 2014 bonus payout in BonusLink or by typing “bonuslink” in your internet browser while on the Baker Hughes network. The payout will be included in your March paycheck (March 6 for employees in the United States and on international assignment).
