Dear seller,
An important part of the holiday selling season is ensuring a great customer experience on returns. As you process return requests for orders you fulfill yourself, please remember the following:
Under our Holiday Returns Policy (sign-in required, https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/201725760), items shipped between November 1, 2015, and December 31, 2015, may be returned until January 31, 2016. This policy applies to items fulfilled by sellers, as well as those fulfilled by Amazon.
Our International Returns Policy (sign-in required, https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/201468550) requires that for orders you fulfill yourself, you either provide customers with a return address within the country of their Amazon marketplace website (e.g., the U.S. for Amazon.com), offer them free shipment for international returns, or provide customers a full refund and allow them to keep the item. Please note that if the item cannot be returned internationally, you will need to provide a domestic return address or provide a full refund without a return. If you do not have a domestic return address, you can use a third-party returns provider. We have created a list of returns providers that may accept returns in your customers' countries as part of our Solution Provider Network: https://services.amazon.com/solution-providers/?ld=NSGoogleAS#/search/US/returns.
For information on how to issue a refund without requiring a return please visit the Issue a Full Refund help page (sign-in required): https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/201650090.
Thank you for selling on Amazon.
Sincerely,
