Define project scope / project charter and budget based on objectives given
•Initiate, analyze and seek new customer experience / service improvement by understanding customer needs and behaviors
•Plan, track , monitor project milestones and budget in terms of timing, deliverables and cost VS benefits
•Organize and manage Cross-functional Team Members to deliver end results within timeline
•Hands on detailed tasks and project documentations, lead project team meetings, and provide meeting minutes, project plan (Gantt Chart) and task checklist
•Communicate with project team members, ensure updates are captured enabling decision made on time, and escalate issues when necessary
•Present and update project status to senior management
