It is the responsibility of the Outlet staff to initiate report and follow maintenance request on daily basis.
All maintenance issues must be reported by WOR and written down in logbook send daily to Chef Office.

In a emergency it can be done by phone call and then requested by WOR.
Manual temperature checking of fridges and freezers must be done and recorded.
Records MUST be kept on fill in Chef Office for at least six (6) months
