The six fruit cylinders per sample were weighted before TPAanalysis and weight losses were calculated from the weight differ-ences before and after the run.The soluble solids content (SSC) was measured with a Quick-BrickTM90 (Mettler-Toledo, GmbH, Germany) digital handheldrefractometer.
