Guest reviews are now one of the top elements that have solid influence on guest buying decisions and we all realize how one bad review can dampen your brand.
With Real-time Feedback now gone lives in Thailand, you have opportunities to receive feedback during their stay, NOT after they left and put bad reviews on whereby there is nothing much you can do. The function works in 3 easy steps below:
Step 1: Expedia sends real-time surveys via email to guests on their check-in day
Step 2: All hotels, excluding select GPG partners, will be notified by email immediately once a guest has submitted their Real-time Feedback. They can also view their guest feedback from the Property Information tab in EPC.
Step 3: Hotels can respond to guest feedback in 250 characters by clicking on ''Send a reply'' or ''Say thank you''
Guests can then receive hotel messages via their email used when booking.
