Pls keep the EA simple and include only the essential terms and benefits will do.
Eg.. on the vacation leave benefit…we should only state simply what is the annual leave entitlement for each year of service………and not go into pro-rating for current year versus full year….leave this part to Jamie’s leave administration .
For DIN we allow staff to take earned leave after they pass probation, no need to wait for one year as we do not want `high accrual of leave’ which is a liability for company.
