The first year students usually have many problems during their college life because they adapts with innovation and new beginnings for bring new experiment such as lifestyle, study, friend or roommate and weight gain. The weight gain may the popular problem of the first year student. The first reason is their eating behavior. Eating at night (11p.m.-5a.m.) may cause weight gain because the time burns less than calories eating. The second reason is sleeping less. Lack of sleeping affects to increased hunger and cravings in the next day. Next day, if their increased hunger may affect more eating than usual that there may cause of weight gain. The last reason is friend. Persons who became obese or weight gain because of their friend drag them to eat numerous that eating with their friend may cause of weight gain such as buffet, cake, ice-creams, etc.
