SCOPE
The quality assurance manual meets the requirements of IATA Operational Safety Audit
(IOSA) guidelines, and Thailand Department of Civil Aviation (DCA) Regulations and
Announcements. The scope of the quality management system is applicable to all
activities within the organization or provided by subcontractors. Section 7.3, Design and
Development, is excluded from the quality management system as the Company
provides to its customers only services related to airline business, which include
customer services, flight operation, engineering and ground services; and does not
engage in in-house design or development work. Figure 1-1 depicts the interactions
among various functional processes to deliver airline services to the customers.
