In experimental group, the random blood sugar levels at week 1 was 221.2 mg/dl and week 8 was 185.09 mg/dl so there was reduction in random blood sugar levels over the duration of 8 weeks and the p value was statistically significant. Hence, static stretching is effective in reducing the blood sugar levels.In control group, random blood sugar levels at week 1 was 214.05 mg/dl and week 8 was 228.25 mg/dl so there was no reduction in random blood sugar levels over the duration of 8 weeks and the p value was not significant.
