Because it implies that we may not be able to work with colleagues or customers from different countries. Operation that requires communication skills must not be a mistake or cannot dealing with customers and collaboration with colleagues. all of these cause the company to lose customers, reputation and other business opportunities. Therefore, the company must limit a TOEIC score to prevent errors and other losses.
