In many Thai organizations, managers would like to participate with employees because they can collect some information from subordinates and then keeping improve their own management skill or develop their own organization. Moreover, the managers or leaders can practice in the autocratic decision-making. In Thailand, there will be only top-down decision-making process, especially the original Thai owned company. The staff is not familiar with empowerment style of the management. They are happy to work with the organization’s environments. About in Thailand the lifetime employees are not often mentioned in Thai business style. It depends on the inter-personal relationships between the same management and employees especially in family businesses.
