1. Cut the corn kernels from the cobs and place the kernels in a deep pan. Break the cobs into two or three pieces and place them in the with the kernels
2. Pour enough chicken broth into the pan to cover the corn. Add1/4teaspoon salt to the pan and bring to boli over high heat.
3. When the corn has started to boli, reduce the heat to low and slow boli for about 10 minutes.
4. Remove the corn cob pieces from the pan and discard them.
5. Add the green pepper to the pan and season with salt and pepper
6. Slow boli for a further 5 minutes stir and serve hot.
