Job Location: Head Office, Pakin Building – Ratchadapisek Road
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for Order-to-Cash processing
Mainly ensure on time and in full delivery, and invoice correctly as per approved discount paper (monthly discount and project card) while ensure high satisfaction score to the Key customer groups.
Customer Relation
Provide customer-oriented service to customers
Understand and provide service to customers according to company Service standards (SLA)
Be able to recommend customer service improvement plan and implement it after agreed with supervisor
Process customer satisfaction survey and input the details into company's format
Visit customers or project job-site to understand details of customers' enquiries, customers' order & delivery Process and customers' problem on case-by-case basis
Order processing
Ensure effectiveness of order processing from order taking, stock checking, order fulfillment and order acknowledgement for the customers.
Responsible for Credit control, Billing coordination, payment follow up and Input adjustment documents required CN, DN, Goods return) into JDE
Logistics operation
Process maximize loading during order taking process by checking with customers for product system proposal
Work closely with Project sales and Logistics coordinator to arrange suitable delivery model in job-site to align with Safety transportation guideline for strategic project (selected by Dom Service Manager)
Coordinate with Project sales, Logistics Co and Customers to re-solve logistics issue
Price controlling
Ensure the update of pricing
Claim and Reporting
Receipt customer complaints and handle the case properly
Input damage claim from transportation in Direct transaction
Weekly stock booking report
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Sales & Marketing or related fields.
Good command of English communication is preferred
Good computer literate in MS Office, ERP system
Multi-tasking and scheduling management
Having knowledge in standard business process and sales & marketing concepts
Good communication skill both by phone and e-mail
Possess strong service mind
Hard working, high responsibility and be able to work under pressure
Be able to work as a team
Strong problem solving skill
Experience
At least 2 years of experience in Sales Coordinator, Sales administration, Customer Service or related field.
Experience in manufacturing industry is a plus.
