We write to advise you that our Concur T&E system will be closed from 18:00 GMT on Monday 29 December 2014 to Wednesday 1 January 2015 in line with the close of our fiscal half year.
Please ensure that all T&E expenses, that need to be processed in H1, are submitted and approved by your manager by 18:00 GMT, on Monday 29 December. Any reports that are not approved by this time will be processed in H2. This also applies to the processing and payment of ‘cash out of pocket’ entries. Any not submitted and approved by this date, will also be delayed until 1 January.
The T&E team suggests that everyone aims to have their F15 H1 T&E expenses submitted and approved by close of business, on Wednesday 24 December. And lest you should forget about the planned Concur Closure, the T&E team will also be sending out reminders on a weekly basis to both pending submitters and their approvers.
If you have any questions, please log a Service Desk ticket and send an email to the T&E query team at Diageo_TE_Query@hd.diageo.com with your ticket number in the subject field.
