Dear Sir or Madam,
We are extremely unpleased with the way this delivery is being handled by your Thai staff. The package arrived for clearance on the 21st of August. It took 2 weeks before your staff contacted anybody and asked if we're happy to accept duties and storage fees for a package with contents that clearly exempt from duties.
I've followed up 5+ times by email with
"Sunisa Vongho (DHL TH)" and
"Naphatrapee(CS HO) Kiattiphatthananukul (DHL TH)"
who both only reply to 50% of inquiries and always say the package is coming but the package never arrives. They are curt and not customer friendly.
It is now the 30th of September and it's been over 5 weeks that the package is sitting in clearance and I believe this to be the result of carelessness of your staff.
I believe the word Express should be removed from your business name. How will you resolve the situation and compensate us?
