In close proximity with station of "Mayakovsky" there are several noteworthy constructions. The most perceptible among them – the Concert hall of Pyotr Tchaikovsky. It is the main platform of the Moscow philharmonic hall where the leading soloists of the country, symphonic orchestras, choral, choreographic, folklore, variety collectives act. The concert hall of Pyotr Tchaikovsky was constructed 70 years ago. But his history has begun on start of the XX century. Exactly here since 1901 there was a Buff-miniatyur theater of the French impresario Charles Omon, and the theater of an easy genre of "Zones", and after revolution – Theatre of the Russian Federation was located later.
The Theatre of Satire which has opened in 1924 adjoins to the Concert hall of Pyotr Tchaikovsky. At first his statements were not plays literally of this word, and small parody reviews on subjects of policy and life. Several years later the household comedy including on Vladimir Mayakovsky's works became a basis of repertoire of theater.
Slightly further from Theatre of Satire the Museum of the Russian harmonica and Mikhail Bulgakov's museum are located. The museum of the Russian harmonica is created on the basis of a unique collection which was collected by the doctor of art criticism Alfred Mirek. After death of the collector the museum have called by his name.
