As long as you hold onto your stress and distress and you stay in a revolution in your mind, you are like a dog chasing its own tail. If you want to transform out of your revolution to your evolution, change your mind-set. A dynamic and proven technique to move from the revolution in your mind to the evolution of your mind, is to change your perceptions. And the quickest way to change your perception is change the way you look at it. Ask the opposite question to what you are asking in your revolution in your mind. When my friend changed her question to “how is it benefitting me that my daughter is making her own relationship choices” and she did the work to list enough benefits for herself, she changed the way she looked at it and she changed her perception. Her stress and distress lifted as did her migraine.
