This is Mukda Duangbupha from Customer Service team in Sydney. I just received complaint letter from customer named Amos Moody who has problem with the vehicle. I want to help Mr. Moody with the resolution of his problem, but his requests are beyond my authority unfortunately. If you could resolve the complaint, I would be very appreciated.
He bought 2012 Ascot Rover last month and the sunroof leaked during a rainstorm, ruining one leather seat and a laptop. His insurer said that the sunroof had been installed incorrectly and that therefore he would like a full refund of the cost of the vehicle and the return of his trade-in. In addition, he would like $20,000 to cover the cost of his laptop and the mental anguish this has cost him. As you probably know, this case requires authority that is beyond my capabilities.
Please review this case as soon as possible and please let me know your final decision. I attach the file with complaints register and original letter.
