Is vegetarian diet good for health?
There are many foods that are edible for life. Nowadays, many people want to be healthy, so
they have to find some foods which make they become healthy. One of the best healthy foods is
vegetable. The people who usually eat vegetable in their meals are called vegetarian. In my opinion,
vegetarian foods are good for our health. There are three reasons that I prefer to have vegetarian
food as good thing for health.
First, it has more beneficial than the other foods. The vegetable provides too much vitamins
and minerals. On the other hand, the other foods such as meat and fried food provide too much fats.
It is mainly caused of becoming fat.
Second, you can cook without using oil. Some meat or some fried food need too much oil for
cooking. On the other hand, vegetarian food can be cooked in many ways, boiling and steaming.
Finally, it is too cheap. You can easily find some vegetables near your house. Some
vegetables can be bought with a little money. They can save you some money, unlike you eat the
junk food, pizza, KFC and Shabushi.
In conclusion, the vegetarian food is beneficial for your health, not only with easy cooking,
but also buying cheaply. If you want to have healthy with easy cooking and cheap cost, the
vegetarian food is the best choice for you!
