“The Little Red Hen” is the folk story for children, it illustrates about selfishness, exploitation and hospitality. This tale is the best story in all time because it can adapted to every age for children. There are a little red hen and her chickens, a goose and a duck in the farm. Once the hen had the idea to increase her food by cultivation. Right from the start, she asked the goose and the duck to plant, then asked for someone to take the wheat to storage in the mill and when the wheat became flour the red hen asked them for making bread, but they all denied to every single process. So, the little red hen had to do those tasks by herself until the bread was baked. She asked again for her farmyard animals wanted to help her ate this bread, the replying was “Yes”. She refused their help because she realized that nobody helped her in those works. Thus, she ate the bread with her chickens and left none for anyone else. To sum up, this story demonstrates the moral to us that if you always refuse to any contribution or you do not volunteer yourself to have your hand in any task, you will not deserve what you do not participate in just like the goose and the duck in the farm.
