Soi Dog Foundation is the largest animal welfare organisation in Asia dedicated to helping stray dogs and cats. Soi Dog Foundation sterilises, vaccinates, administers medical treatment, shelters, promotes adoption of stray dogs and cats in Thailand, and runs education programmes on animal welfare. Soi Dog Foundation is also actively working to end South East Asia’s dog meat trade, and is expanding within South East Asia, having recently opened an operation in Vietnam.

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Job Title and Summary: A Senior Human Resource officer’s job is to help facilitate all of the basic HR operations. From hiring, to keeping track of all of the employee records, the HR Coordinator is the hands-on representative of their HR department. Working directly under the HR Manager.
• Key Responsibilities:
1. Completion of joining/leaving documents of new hire/ leavers.
2. Maintaining leave and insurance records.
3. Preparing joining, separation and change forms for record and information as prescribed.
4. Documentation/ filing of all records related to Employee files example- Joining documents, leaves, etc.
5. Liaison with local authorities for submissions of the payroll related statutory requirements.
6. Staff addition / deletion under benefits such as medical & life insurances and other administration Support.
7. Support HR and Finance Manager with paper work for work permits and visa extensions for international employees.
8. Liaison with public service sectors, such as police, fire and emergency services, hospitals that near by the office, if needed
9. Complying with other day to day responsibilities assigned by the HR and Finance Manager or as required.

• Skills and Qualifications:
1. Thai nationality
2. Bachelor degree in HR or a related field with 3 years+ related experience. Labour Laws knowledge will be advantage.
3. Good commands in English both speaking and writing
4. Strong in inter-personal and communication skills.
5. Strong in driving results and people management and development
6. Team player
7. Proficiency in computer (MS Office applications: Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
8. And other office tools, printer, scanner, copier machine etc.
• Location: Maikhao, Phuket Thailand
• Type of Employment: This position is full-time or part-time employment.
• Benefits:
Five-day working week, Monday to Friday, 08h00 to 17h00
19 days annual leave rising to 25 days with service
