Negotiation of Betagro
Betagro needed to do negotiation with 3 main character which are Customer, Supplier and agencies.
First one, Betagro do negotiation with customer. For the customer of Betagro there are hotel, restaurant and retailer in fresh market.
Hotel
For the negotiation with hotel. When Betagro deal with hotel there need to do a trade agreement that have 45 days. According to both of interviewee they said they will bill the hotel 1 time per 45 days because hotel is regular customer that order Betagro product every day. So, if Betagro bill the restaurant every day the customer may have duty or engagement that make customer complicate and cannot send bill to Betagro every day. But if the hotel or customer cannot pay bill in 45 days Betagro will follow the agreement which be legally. In the beginning Betagro will have agent to go to negotiate with customer about the cons if they do not pay the bill and it will decrease their credibility. But if their have no power to pay money Betagro will follow legal procedure. For example go to court and sequester.
