How to ship and who pays?
"· For Warranty Repairs received within 90 days from original purchase, EEC will absorb all ground freight
charges for the repair."
"· Products needing repair within the warranty period but beyond the initial 90 day’s period should be
returned to EEC freight prepaid."
"· For Domestic customers we will repair the unit and return it by ground freight prepaid. If air service is
required, please contact us with your carrier method and account number."
"· For International Customers repaired items will be returned via the usual prepaid international courier
service."
What if there is no problem found?
"· We will make every attempt to duplicate your original complaint and every unit will be thoroughly evaluated
and tested for standard parameters. If symptom/problem is not found, the unit(s) will be returned to
you, and a fee of $650.00 for each evaluated unit will be assessed."
How long will the repair take?
"• Generally, the unit can be repaired and returned within two of weeks of receipt on items such as modules,
and PCA’s. Modulators, Amplifiers 60 to 90 days, Magnetrons, approximately 180 days, from receipt. This
time can vary depending on the type of failure, parts availability, and workload at the time of receipt. Every
effort will be complete the repair in the shortest possible time, because we recognize your urgency."
International Shipments:
"• On ALL shipping documents, please include the statement “The goods are of U.S origin unless markings on
the item indicate otherwise.”
