I just rec’d the package yesterday and was in SS16 meetings all day. Many thanks for your patience.

I am waiting for feedback from the graphic designer, but I do have a few questions:

1. As previous seasons, this fabric should be washed in 30 degree water, so why were they washed in 40 degree and 60 degree water?
2. How exactly are you executing the discharge print? I reviewed them under a pic glass and only the poppy red s/o is a discharge. All other s/o’s were not discharged, the ink is sitting on top of the fabric. There are no data sheets in PLM for my reference. Did you discharge the fabric to greige and then use a water based ink for a faux discharge? Pls advise.
3. I also learned that for handy blue, this color is difficult, possibly unable to be discharged. Are you aware of this/I was not informed of this before. Do we need to change the ink to water based?

I will advise next steps from the graphic designer, but in the meantime, pls remake the s/o’s so that they are discharged properly and retest in 30 degree water/advise results.
