I was ever been a waitress at the Yayoi restaurant. I can say that the waitress duties are hard. The first day work, my body is very hurt and so tried. In the first time before I write the application form, I thought the waitress has to write the order of customer only but I have to clear the dining table after the customer is gone, clearing the food scraps out of the dish and send to someone who has to wash the dirty dish. At noon and around five o’clock are the rush hour. Lots of order sent to me. I feel like dying and upset that time but when I in front of the customer I will smile and talk to them politely because they are our god who pay the money to buy our food. In Yayoi, we have a conference once a month not every day because this restaurant already has a rule pattern for long. They have to control themselves in the rule. Who dare to resist, he or she might be called by the manager face to face and have some penalty. Of cause, I don’t have any experience like that.
