Ultrasoundwhole Abbdominal
The liver is normal in size and echo,without focal lesion. NO biliary dilatation is seen GB is normally distended with multiple small gallstones. Slight GB wall thickening is seen:could be from ascites and systemic disease.No pericholecystic fluid is detected.
Kidneys are rather normal in size with increased echo,about 10-cm in length. No stone is seen. Collecting systems are not dilated.
Spleen and partly seen pancreas are unremarkable.
Small amount of ascites is noted.
S/P hysterectomy .
Unremarkable urinary bladder with retained Foley cath.
IMP: Multiple small gallstones without evidence of acute cholecystitis.
Bilateral renal parenchymal disease.
Small amount of ascites.
