Posting Guidelines for the mailing-list
The mailing-list has a large number of very helpful people who have a lot of experience with MailScanner and will offer free advice and assistance to anyone who asks.
Do's
Be polite.
Do your homework first - MailScanner has extensive documentation (see below).
Use a descriptive subject line.
Be concise yet descriptive.
When reporting a problem - make sure to describe your set-up e.g. CPU speed, Memory, Operating System, MailScanner version and your MTA version.
Quote appropriate sections of a post you’re responding to in order to keep the context clear.

Dont's
Be rude to others.
Post at the top when replying to a message.
Post in HTML.
Ask questions that are well covered in the documentation or the MAQ (Most asked Questions) or found simply by searching through the comments in MailScanner.conf.

MailScanner.conf - it has extensive commenting about how to use all the MailScanner features. If you want to know if MailScanner can do something, search this file for what you are looking for and it will probably show up! (e.g. Archive Mail).
